The processing is carried out on the following legal bases:

  • Article 6, paragraph 1, letter “b” of the GDPR – processing necessary for the performance of a contract or for participation in the Association;
  • Article 6, paragraph 1, letter “a” of the GDPR – consent of the data subject, in cases such as subscription to a newsletter.
